LEADERSHIP

JUAN & NATALIE BAUTA

Juan and Natalie Bauta, married 33 years with six children and four grandchildren, serve as directors of Catholic Charismatic Services for the Archdiocese of Miami. They previously led Life in the Spirit at St. Louis Catholic Church for 14 years and continue to lead the annual 5 Nights of Fire revival. Juan is a board-certified trial lawyer active in many parish ministries and a board member of Flourish Ministries. Natalie, who holds two master’s degrees and homeschooled their children, leads praise and worship for multiple ministries and serves in various parish roles, including sacristan, Eucharistic minister, and small-group leader.

VALLI LEONE

Valli Leone, a longtime Miami resident and active Catholic lay minister, has dedicated her life to evangelization and parish service. A grandmother of six and author of Supernatural Joy, she serves in multiple ministries—including Magnificat, Catholic Charismatic Services, St. Vincent de Paul, and jail ministry—and represents her parish in the Eucharistic Revival. After a transformative Baptism in the Holy Spirit, she has spent years spreading joy and faith through missions, teaching, and evangelization.

FLOREDENIS BROWN

Mrs. Floredenis Brown is an educator and ministry leader with nearly 30 years of experience and currently serves as principal of Holy Rosary–St. Richard Catholic School. Dedicated to supporting students with disabilities, she is active in ministries such as Emmaus, Magnificat, and Life in the Spirit, and serves on the Catholic Charismatic Renewal board. A Eucharistic Minister and frequent speaker, she has been married for 19 years and is the mother of two boys in Catholic education.
